The playing program is:

• Sun 11th Aug  1430hr - Ventnor
• Mon 12th Aug 1430hr - Ryde - followed by barbecue at the club
• Tue 13th Aug 1630hr - Cowes - preceded by the annual Giasemidis/Scott “Swimming of the River Medina Wearing Goggles and Ridiculous Bathing Costumes” event
• Wed 14th Aug 1430hr - Shanklin

We have booked 12 places at The Shoreside Inn at Shanklin – 3 nights’ B and B is £150 each. Most of the rooms are double bed but best indications are that we are likely to need more rooms in any event. This is why we need confirmations very quickly, as it is high season. We do have a slightly cheaper option at Whitecliff Bay campsite – no breakfast though!! We will probably have an extra say £30 each for balls, sundries etc. We also need sufficient car space and then to book the cars onto the ferry – best route is Southampton to Cowes with Red Funnel. We will check out of Shoreside on Wednesday morning and most of us tend to come back on the Wednesday evening, after the Shanklin game but you are of course welcome to make your own arrangements.
