"Thriplow are fast becoming Cambridge News 20/20 Walker Cup specialists after they claimed the silverware for the second time.
Competing at finals day for the fourth year in a row, Alastair Cliffe's side repeated their 2014 success at Clare College Sports Ground.
They overcame Needingworth by seven runs in the final having defeated Cambridge St Giles by 52 runs earlier.

"It's a competition that suits us," said winning captain Cliffe. "We play to our strengths and can defend totals."
In the semi-final, Chris Viner hit 47 and Cliffe took three wickets as they removed St Giles for 58 having posted 110 for 7.
"We were thinking 110 was nowhere near enough, and they were 25 for none and cruising a little bit," said Cliffe.
"All of a sudden they were 35 for 5 and all out for 58, so it was a top-class bowling and fielding performance."
Cliffe also felt his side were on the back foot against Needingworth having got 123 for 5, with the skipper and Theo Giasemidis both scoring 40s.
But they pegged back their opponents, who had beaten Histon II by 51 runs in their semi-final, and kept them to 116 for 5. Lee Smith hit 50 and Steve Setchell added 35.
"They really should have won as they only needed about 24 off the last four overs, so it was a good effort by us to win it," said Cliffe.
Needingworth skipper Dan Sherlock said: "We were obviously disappointed not to get over the line.
"But we felt a big sense of achievement at the progress we've made over the last couple of years and we were proud of our efforts."
St Giles captain Russell Doel had no complaints about his team's defeat to the eventual champions in the last four.
"We just didn't bat particularly well, got behind the rate, tried to accelerate and got out," he said."
